Why be boastful

Thought.

Caught.

...round and round the idea goes

Should u, shouldn't u,  indecisiveness grows

A panic attack

The pro's and con's to stack....

Yes...no...which one to choose

Afraid...uncertain...wanting nothing to lose.

How life knows choices to present

Learning to grow with each event

Wisdom comes with experience I say

Desire to learn, knows not to delay.

Ego and arrogance to not confuse

With confidence and diligence...a mistake so obtuse.

Knowing to ride a crest of success

Not to fly too high like icarus...becoming an abscess. 

To some to succeed an Achilles heel

Boastful, impatient...to crush others the appeal

No desire to remember the start of the adventure

From nothingness, the support to the successful venture.

Post script...this little poem went round and round in my head...for knowing to surround oneself with good people who have good intent and words wise to share, are gems to be cherished and kept near. To know to see the worth of a challenge in the most positive of lights and look for solutions least disruptive yet, truthful and real, leading to an overall successful contentment  and happiness ...a ripple effect positive on space and people...can only reap greater reward for the self.

That forgetfulness when one begins to climb that ladder of success, forgetting to keep the ground in sight, at all times, no matter how high one may climb..for should the time ever come that one stumbles and trips, missing a step or two...best to not hit rock bottom....rememebring one's beginnings is never a mistake...it knows to keep things in focus and when reaching for the stars, keeping it real at all times.
