'instant gratification'...good or bad?

What if you were given the chance, a space in time, to express your sensual yearnings, express your innermost desire without unsettling the apple-cart, repercussions or being judged. 
Would you choose to do so?
Would it address wishes, dreams and fantasies touching on instant gratification, an immediate need or, would it address decisions and actions that would change the whole course of how you have lived and would continue to live.

Could it not be said that even those instances where it simply be about immediate gratification, anyway,everlasting ripple effects would be left in ones life.

Instance gratification...is it a dangerous selfish dabbling or does one know to make it part of ones life , neither good or bad, merely an interlude breaking away from the mundane and daily challenges that could potentially unsettle the apple-cart? 

Is one allowed that selfish, once in a while dalliance, where the sensual be fed and the ebbing of a hankering personal and festering takes place?
For, could it be said, if one be not sensually/sexually satisfied, much else seems to be pastel and colourless? 
Emphasis as to the meaning of self happiness being defined by a relationship connecting physically as well as mentally?

Sensuality knows to address those needs within one to feel wanted, needed, important and influential in another's life. 

Touch...a peck on the cheek,  a hug, a caress gentle, a look, a smile, a want to be near, a tear wiped, a tickle...taking time to acknowledge each other...a word of appreciation, sexy....a prelude to passionate coital indulgence?

And if one has chosen to dabble in that moment of sensual expression, would one know to take it away and apply it in ones life in the most positive of ways?
