I have been fortunate in my life to be part of processes teaching me that one needs to crawl, then walk before one can run. In reality, much harder to accept when the zeal and excitement grip one and egg one to cut corners and simply dive head first, without considering the consequences there-of.
Like most things in life, nothing good comes easy or fast, especially if one hopes to make it a long-term success. It can also be said, that, there be no guarantee, if all the right steps be taken, that success will follow.
I have learnt a dear lesson, more than once in my life, when it comes to being too zealous in matters professionally promising and rewarding.
Each and every time the promise to not repeat the same silliness....but , then it happens again.... slightly different... bringing more wisdom and understanding , a refining and polishing and honing of ones skills... the reward of such exercises... patience, precision, understanding of self and ones limitations...faith.
And when many may be watching...some with careless curiosity, others sincerely wishing the best and then those who do not have ones best interest at heart but, wait for one to fail....it makes one even more resilient and determined to be 99.9% sure that the next step taken will be the correct one.
Where many may consider a statement...i do love myself and humbly accept, recognise and acknowledge my many shortcomings...as pompous, 'stick your finger down your throat' kind of sentiment voiced....i truly don't give a shit, for that is how it is.
So, my road to where i am at presently, has been longer and more challenging than i myself could have even imagined...but, to cut corners only to please those who wait in anticipation of what next, shall not be and, only means i need to be even more careful than initially anticipated.
So where is the RB Brand at present?
...a date set
TUESDAY...the photoshoot for photographs for the backdrop of my RB Brand e-commerce site as well as a the first video of many to be shot documenting our road to the end product.
It be nothing fancy but, a true documentation of what happens behind the scenes.
I look forward to sharing our silliness and laughs and nervous tension and pangs of anxiety all rolled into one.
