Good morning Saturday...the rise after an evening productive.

 

Eventually we got to settling down and arranging a meet and greet and the culmination being the first set of video teasers to be posted and open the window, slightly more, to the world of The RB Brand.

The nerves knew to be niggling, all the senses heightened, translating themselves into a jittery excitement. The uncertainty constantly weighing in ….does one know to translate the imagination and project it for the camera to capture. The trust put into the cameraman and the Director to find that story and make it a reality…my reality.

How frightening the thought that it will be up for observation and scrutiny. How frightening the thought that I might fail. But then I am reminded that the team around me has been able to ‘read’ me, ‘sense’ me and at times, definitely direct me and clear the clutter of so much that I want and desire.

One can get lost in the wish to seek the optimum result, missing the importance of simplicity and the experience of those that know. In that eagerness to achieve, like one learning to walk for the first time, understanding the role played by all and accepting it with confidence, is of utmost importance.

And among all of that, the need to be honest to ones vision and know where it is heading. Mine is the sensual. Mine is the erotic. Mine is your understanding that we all know to be sensual...and should learn to acknowledge it...without apology, without shame...without confusing it with porn.

And thus the video in its embryonic stage…looking forward to sharing, titillating and teasing your senses, and the continuation to the countdown of The RB Brand.
