they were meant to happen

just as she was beginning to forget...

"...she looked at him with poignant eyes, eyes that had known him for a time.
He had walked into her life, unexpectantly, and in that  instant the connect was so strong that without words shared , a greeting unfinished , they both knew, somewhere in the deep recess of their subconscious, that they had met before...or had they?
A gentle lust was reflected in their gaze. Even more strange was that comfort of a lover known, that burnt the bed as they began to investigate and pry from each other hungry moans.
There was no holding back as he arched into her touch...her mouth. and she...?...she fed on him and allowed her hunger to grow and grow, needing to give and, at the same time take.
It was not lovemaking, that first time. It could not be. For, when he spread her legs and admired the beauty of a woman luscious and unreserved in showing herself off, that manly instinct to selfishly indulge, was all the lived in his thoughts and what he allowed himself to feel and engage in was beyond lovemaking.
It was  selfish and selfless at the same time. He couldn't remember ever desiring someone that much  and even though he had her, it felt as if he needed to have more.
Her musky scent, her succulent swollen softness, glistened and welcomed all his senses to take as he pleased.
He loved, as his sweat dripped all over her nakedness, how she rubbed it into her flesh....the purpose of the rub, as if to become one with the scent of his heated body.
They were reading each others thoughts...their gaze locked...a depth of knowing and understanding each other, that much more painful for, it was time to go.
There it was... again...time for her to board her flight...she had near forgotten that she was merely visiting.
Was it a previous lifetime that made this bond between them so comfortable? How many times had they met before...it had to be quite a few, it couldn't be a perchance meet.
They were meant to happen but, not meant to remember...RB.
