believe and know

so who can tell u how high u should reach
even though others don't believe, courageously u breach
a dream a fantasy a need to try
spreading your wings no fear to fly.

to stumble and fall get scratched and bruised
many a time by others abused
but again and again that vision does call
pushing head and shoulders above others, standing real tall.

now if in yourself you don't believe
then doubt procrastination will conceive
fear of failure your zeal shall steal
losing yourself, at surrender to kneel.

best you skip past that uncertainty
ignoring it like a child in their naivety
the choice to become that yearning desire
stoke those embers and feed that fire.

you are who u believe u are
no reason your ambition cannot go far
dig in those heels do not concede 

believe and know u shall succeed.
