now explain to me why a woman should be shy

the very essence of what her core may be belie

why is it that society thinks that a wife and mother

with sensuality and erotic sexiness dare not bother.

or

is it that women be their own worst enemy

and know not the lover the mother the wife treat separately

forgetting herself in chores and responsibilities endlessly

looking upon others freedom contemptuously.

in her perplexity

rebelliously

having lost her identity

eventually

through necessity

resplendently

she bows down to a vasectomy

a mastectomy

paying the penalty

for her integrity

of being a mother a wife...the centre of her home

...respectfully.
