hand in hand

 an ideal created in a fertile mind
it be fed rather by thought, to see...blind.
for to tarnish the belief in the good of all
then the crumbling of hope and thus the fall.

but faith stubborn and steadfast firm
against non believers their message a germ
and thus to hold up the wall of courage
in that action the strength of opponents disparage.

the world teetering on much confusion
till now peace was a mere delusion
much shaken and gutted unsettling all
but in all of that, for truth be the call.

we shall see and hear much we don't like
we have allowed it for years, the confusion to spike
a new mindset for freedom from the puppeteers
lets hold up the wall of hope and get rid of all fears.

it cannot be worse that what it has been
much atrocities under the carpet swept rather than seen
now be the time steadfast to stand
no matter who we are, united, hand in hand.
